Attesting Wills

simple wills begin with $1000-1500 only

A valid will must meet the attestation requirements in laws. A will takes effect only after the Testator has passed away. It then has no way to alter. To make a will, one has to be 100% sure that it has to be legally valid. Our role is to make valid wills for our clients.

A valid will has to be appropriately phrased or worded to suit interpretation by the law. Our drafting lawyer welcome to act as one of the 2 attesting witnesses to the wills. Our solicitors attest more than 100 wills each month. This include some would require making hospital visits. Trip to attest wills at hospitals would require a much higher fees as the attesting solicitor and his secretary/clerk will incur a travelling time of about 2 hours.
